You can vent your direct vent gas stove into an existing masonry chimney up to 24' tall. You will use direct vent pipe to get from the back of the stove to the chimney opening, then adapt to a 4" flexible pipe to carry the exhaust up to the top of the chimney. Another adapter and a termination cap at the top of the chimney will ensure the exhaust is kept seperate from the incoming combustion air.
